Applied Research - West, Inc. (ARW) was established in 1994 as a full-service, minority owned, marketing research company. Our personnel excel in the process of marketing research and customer marketing. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly to client needs for information and are totally committed to high quality research and systems. We have extensive experience with quantitative studies and advanced analytics. We give our clients valuable assistance in enhancing their research needs in order to garner valuable insight. Nearly all aspects of a research project are conducted in-house without any outsourcing. As a result, we are able to respond quickly to client needs and maintain maximum quality control. Most importantly our people have been together for almost the entire 25 years of our existence.

The ‘left brain’ logical and analytical approach is tempered by the ‘right brain’ insight which makes for a powerful combination ultimately delivering a product that is a cut above.

We have done research for small unknown companies, some just researching an idea, major fortunate 500 corporations with huge budgets and numerous government agencies. We’ve established ARW as a renaissance research company, a company with vast experience in many different fields, products, experiences, cultures and environments.
