Digital Research Group (DRG) is a full-service research firm, consisting of three divisions - DRI (Digital Research), dpa (Davidson-Peterson Associates), and Critical Insights. We have a combined total of over 90 years of experience providing research-based insights and strategic guidance, helping our clients make smarter, more informed decisions. DRI, founded in 1992, specializes in online research and the development/ maintenance of online panels and research communities. Its industry focus is retail, consumer products, financial services, publishing and pharma. Davidson-Peterson Associates has been a leader in travel and tourism research since 1974. Critical Insights has provided polling and marketing research services to businesses, governmental agencies and not-for-profits in Northern New England since 1992. Critical Insights maintains a fully-equipped qualitative suite on the Portland, Maine waterfront. This facility is supported by a dedicated call-center and recruiting staff. Our two trained and experienced moderators have conducted thousands of groups and IDIs over the past two decades.
