SWPM has state of the art equipment to provide professional focus group facilities in a flexible format anywhere. We offer live on-site video viewing with a 1080p HD 60” screen and high-quality sound. We also have the ability to stream live focus groups worldwide and, through partnerships with hotels, we offer accommodations, food, airport transportation, and parking in a fully digital mobile environment. We maintain a roster of qualified focus group participants from all demographic groups to enable quick and appropriate recruitment services.

Southwest Planning & Marketing has conducted surveys both internationally and locally for 40 years. Verint Online allows for quick and efficient distribution of email surveys to respondents. We conduct intercept surveys with both direct entries via iPad and paper self-administration by respondents. We also administer surveys via telephone through a cloud-based Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing system. We have experience in all types of surveys, from small local projects with a hundred or fewer email respondents to national projects with thousands of intercepts.

As the only company in New Mexico that has a license to use Verint software, SWPM is uniquely positioned to maintain a high level of control over survey research. Verint is state of the industry online market research software. The software assists in reducing the burden to respondents and increasing response rates. Verint allows for the administration of bilingual online surveys that can be easily be filled out on a computer, smartphone, or iPad. It generates very thorough statistical reports, thereby minimizing analysis time and allowing for monitoring of the efficacy of the responses as they come in. Clients can monitor responses off-site 24 hours a day as desired. Verint's client access and client dashboard provide a level of transparency to the client not offered by other less expensive/free survey software.
