Policies & Disclaimers for the Blue Book Marketing Research Services and Focus Groups Directory

MRA is the sole owner of the information collected on bluebook.org. In preparing the directory, MRA relies on information that is voluntarily provided by listing companies. Every effort is made to compile a complete and accurate directory of available research services and research facilities. However, MRA assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions. MRA disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy and technical representations contained in any advertisement appearing on bluebook.org.

Use of Intellectual Property and Affiliations and Endorsements

Company listings provided in bluebook.org do not constitute as an MRA authorization, endorsement or affiliation of the company's brand, products or services. Listing companies in bluebook.org have provided MRA a limited license to display and use any trademarks, rights, logos or any other affiliated marks in relation with its products or services as necessary to display appropriate directory information.

MRA Membership

Blue Book listings are open to members and non-members of MRA. Members of MRA are identified within their listing by the text MRA Member indicated under company name.

MRA members are required to sign and adhere to the MRA Code of Research Standards. The standards are enforced, and complaints of alleged unethical behavior may be filed against an MRA member who is suspected to have violated the Code. MRA members are accountable to the ethical and professional responsibilities stated in the MRA Code.

Refunds will not be provided at any time for any reason for listings that are cancelled or withdrawn from the print and or online editions of Blue Book. MRA may cancel the listing of any company that violates MRA's Code. In the event MRA cancels the listing arising from a violation of the Code, all payments made by the listing company will be forfeited.

Affiliated Organizations

A request for an affiliated organization listing will be considered in Blue Book if each individual member of the affiliated group maintains their own listing. If change occurs within the affiliated organization between productions of the print edition of Blue Book, there is no recourse for print advertisement.

Prior to any discussions with affiliated organizations proof of a legal agreement by the parties to allow one party to act and initiate contracts on their behalf must be submitted.
